China Precision Steel, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPSL), is a niche precision steel processing company principally engaged in the production and sale of high-precision, cold rolled steel products. China Precision Steel, Inc. produces ultra-thin and high strength cold rolled precision steel strips ranging from 7.5 millimeter to 0.05 millimeter. The Company's specialty precision products are used in the manufacture of automobile components, saw blades, weaving needles, packaging and containers, and microelectronics. The Company also provides heat treatment, cutting and slitting services for medium and high-carbon steel strips. China Precision Steel's second cold rolling line, a 1400 mm cold-roll mill with 150,000 metric tons of design capacity, became operational at the beginning of October 2006. In 2008, the Company invested in a new continuous annealing line for producing high quality stainless steel and a new 1450mm cold rolling mill at its facilities in Shanghai to further strengthen its capacity and capabilities. The new cold rolling mill is expected to commence operation in June 2009.

Shanghai Chengtong Precision Strip Company Limited ("Chengtong"), CPSL's wholly owned and operating subsidiary, was registered on July 2, 2002 in Jiading District, Shanghai, the People's Republic of China. Chengtong is a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise ("WFOE") of Partner Success Holdings Limited ("PSHL"), which in turn, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CPSL and was incorporated as an international business company on April 30, 2002 under the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Chengtong started production from its fist cold rolling line on Feb 28th, 2003.
