| Partner Success Holdings Limited ("PSHL") was incorporated as an international business company on April 30, 2002 under the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Chengtong was registered on July 2, 2002 in Jiading District, Shanghai, the People's Republic of China and was granted a fifty-year period of existence until July 1, 2052. Chengtong is a wholly-owned foreign enterprise ("WOFE") of PSHL.
On December 28, 2006, OraLabs Inc., acquired PSHL, through a reverse merger and changed its name to China Precision Steel, Inc., a public company listed on NASDAQ Capital Market. Upon consummation of the transaction, PSHL became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Precision Steel. Shanghai Chengtong Precision Strip Company Limited ("Chengtong"), in turn, is PSHL's wholly owned subsidiary which is also the operating subsidiary of the Company.
